Our Home Health Aide and Personal Care Aide Programs provide you with a licensed home care attendant, trained to provide services catered to your personal plan of care. While our caregivers assist you with your various daily activities, you will also be assigned a Patient Coordinator, as well as a Care manager. These important individuals will be an integral part of your Managed Long Term Care. 

The Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program (CDPAP) is funded by New York State Medicaid and allows elderlys' family members or friends to provide home care services to their loved ones. This program allows consumers to choose their own caregivers, letting them have the most personal of care, but also a competitive working salary.
